I had to whip up this cake in just 2 days notice, so I know it isn't the best I could do design wise. They requested a mixed shape wedding cake, with hot pink scroll work on the bottom tier. Top tier is plain, they were adding ribbon and flowers as a topper on site. 12" round bottom tier, chocolate cake w/chocolate mousse. 8" square top tier, white cake w/cherry filling. Comments/remarks/constructive criticism greatly appreciated. TFL
