This cake welcomed by new beautiful niece. Cake is based on the Puffalumps (from the 80's) Mom saved all her Puffalumps from when she was little. This is my second attempt at a tiered cake and at making fondant figures. Each Puffalump is holding a rope which is attached to a hot air balloon and the baby is inside. The Puffalump stories always revolved around hot air balloons
