Scooby Doo cake inspired by others I saw on CC. All buttercream frosting. Scooby image was transferred to cake by tracing image on waxed paper, poking holes with a toothpick into waxed paper, and then brushing cocoa powder over the holes to create an outline on the cake. It worked very well.
