This was my first wedding cake for a bride walking down the aisle for the second time. Thank goodness it was only 2 tiers as this is what I have experience with, I have a 4 tier next weekend and am very very nervous. Anyhoo, 9" carrot cake with cream cheese icing and 6" marble covered in bc, all covered in fondant. Flowers are made of fondant. Mango calla lillies on an ivory base. The bride was pleased with the cake.
