The cake is White cake half scratch and half box with Buttermilk powder and sour cream added. I have a 12"round, 8"square,8" round and 4" square. The bride was my niece and she wanted stripes and quilled flowers and some butterflies. I filled the bottom with chocolate SMBC, the second layer is mixed berry SMBC, the third layer is SMBC with Lemon Curd added ( it was a little slippery and was a little touch and go when I set it up.) I made this cake in two sections and then transported it about 120 miles.
