This lady called yesterday and wanted a cake today! I wasn't sure how it would turn out on such late notice, but I am pleased. 4 6" rounds filled and stacked with a cardboard round half way through. I added chocolate to my IMBC to ice and it wouldn't harden so he ended up bumpy and slightly tipped- but he is a SUPER OLD piece of wood- right?
