This is chocolate cake with four layers of chocolate genache and chocolate buttercream frosting and an appointment to the dentist to fill your cavitity. It was her day and she got what she wanted...CHOCOLATE! The flowers are royal icing and I am not sure I like doing the stripe thing with the parchment bag it never turns out evenly.
