My sister & I made this for our father & my father in law for Father's Day 2008! The only thing they both have in common is the love for cars...so we went with that theme! lol Our father is a diabetic, so we made a sugar free yellow cake, and we made homemade sugar free icing. The icing is made with sugar free cool whip, sugar free vanilla pudding, & 1% milk! It was absolutely delicious! However, it was very creamy, & didn't want to keep it's shape, that why you can see that it's a little bit runny.
