For my DD's best friend who loves bears and fairytales! Everything in the cake is edible - bottom layer is a chocolate chunk sponge with BC icing. Top layer is a dairy free strawberry cake with dairy free BC and fondant icing. Topper is a chocolate castle mould. Bears are fondant and gumpaste mix. Towers are mexican paste. I loved making this one as it was so many different bits come together at the end!
