This was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling covered in buttercream & fondant. All details are fondant. I traveled 4 hrs and did this from a hotel room (except the baking) which was a challenge but the bride was happy! The photo is from my cell phone but I will replace with a better one from the photographer soon I hope. There were 140 mini cakes and coordinating grooms cake too - but that part is a story for the forum....
