I just finished this cake today.... for an absolute American Idol fan. Was renamed Hanson Idol to suit the birthday girl. complete with judges table hehe was so much fun to make... is mudcake covered in fondant which i then airbrushed. the back is a cake card which i also covered in fondant and airbrushed then hand painted the logo on with the liquid whitener (gel paste) all characters etc are made of fondant except the microphone stands are raw spagehetti painted black with a fondant mic put on the tip.
