I made a "Have a Hoppy Summer" cake with frogs, lily pads and water lilys. I bunched together a whole mess of fondant/gumtex and royal icing flowers on top to be my garden. I swirled the fondant with blue to represent the water of the pond. It was a hit with the kids at school!
