Miniature Wedding Cake

Miniature Wedding Cake on Cake Central

I made this cake for my husband and I celebrating our second year of marriage. It is a miniature cake with 2", 3" and 4" tiers. These tiers are covered in rolled fondant. The cake itself is a rich west indian fruitcake made with fruits that have been steeped in liquor.

Thanks, everybody!!! I bought those pans here in NY at NY Cake on 22nd street. They have a website, but don't show prices. When asked why, they claim that no one else shows prices. (Baloney!) They wouldn't even give me a price on the phone. I had to go down there. Their site is www.nycake.com. My favorite place to shop that's even cheaper is Pfiel and Holing in Queens NY. www.cakedeco.com.

Pretty cake! Nice work. Thanks so much for the link to cakedeco.com. This is a great source and I saw prices listed for everything. I expect I'll be shopping their online store. Thanks again!!
