Jimmy Buffet Fan-License To Chill
This is the retirment cake for one of the teachers I teach with. She's a huge Jimmy Buffer fan so they wanted a island/beach theme. Double sheet (9x13) w/ buttercream icing. This was my first attempt at making "water".
I love this cake---what a great idea. What tip did you use to make those colorful flowers with?
I used tip #103 and stiff buttercream. I was too lazy to mess with royal icing.
