I made this on just about the hottest day of the year and it was outside. Anyways funny story- I had only iced it before leaving for the wedding because it was 4 hours away, and I had intended in finishing it when I got there. So when we finally did get there I realized I had forgotten the icing. The town we were in had no bakery at all therefore no icing. The only place they had was an old Wal-Mart, so I bought every icing tub they had and finished this cake!!!
