Celtic Triskele
Made for a wedding, the cake shows a spiral called triskele which can be found, carved in stone, at Newgrange/Irland. All parts covered with fondant. The clover was made from gum paste.

NO WAY ..... I am from Dublin, not far from Newgrange .... and this very carving was the emblem for my wedding 9 years ago .... and I still consider it 'my' spiral! Absolutely delighted to see this cake, it is a brilliant version of the original ... so glad I found this picture.
