This is for my sweet sweet daughter's 3rd birthday. She LOVES anything pink and girlie and has been wanting to have a Hello Kitty party for MONTHS! I don't usually tackle cakes this big and I was very nervous about it because I really wanted it to be special for her. I'm pretty pleased with it. The bottom layer is WASC with Oreo filling and the top is dark chocolate banana.
