Mother's Day on Cake Central

This cake taught me a lot!!. Friend wanted red velvet w/cream cheese frosting. I baked 2 6" and 2 8" cakes. Little tall. I made gum paste roses, blue bells and lots of other flowers. The "MOM" was fondant w/royal icing decorations. Looked great on day 1...Day 2 everything started to flop and run. Had to redo every thing and make butter cream roses. I will not try to decorate cream cheese again. I guess every cake is a learning experience. Friend loved it..
