Cheesecake Guitar
I MADE THIS WITH THE WILTON GUITAR SHAPED CAKE PAN. A WOMAN ORDERED THIS FOR HER FATHER INLAWS BDAY IN NOVEMBER BUT HE HAD TO HAVE TRIPLE BYPASS SURGERY SO THEY WAITED TO THE HOLIDAY TO GIVE IT TO HIM EVEN THOUGH HE COULDNT EAT IT BUT IT WAS THE THOUGHT . BUT THEY ENJOYED IT.
Cake looks great! How did you get the crumb layer on the bottom? The cake pan has the guitar features (fretboard, soundhole, etc) on the bottom of the cake pan. I'm thinking you had to pour the cheesecake mixture into the pan but can't figure out when the crumb layer would have been built. Inquiring minds want to know!
I love this guitar cheesecake! Can you please tell me how you made the crust and got the cake to come out perfectly in the shape of the pan! :)
