This is my birthday cake that I did on the weekend. It's a chocolate Bailey's cake with chocolate ganache filling and covered in MMF. It's my first attempt with brush embroidery (besides 5 minutes in class), there is room for improvement. Overall I am happy with it, and it tasted fabulous.
