This is a chocolate sponge cake, designed to look like a book. All decorations are fondant icing and the design is freehand drawn with food colouring pen. The cake was made for a teaching colleague. The picture is a copy of our departmental stamp, which she has managed to lose six of in the last year, hence the title of the 'book' :-)
