New Rum!

New Rum! on Cake Central

This is a new Rum not yet on the market. Asked to do a simple cake (using it) but not fancy, just enough to show off the bottle. Not given much time, but thought this stood out for them. Cake is a chocolate version of the WASC and using the Leblon Rum. Topped with a thin layer of chocolate ganache and finely sprinkled walnuts.
