thanks for your comments the bucket is fondant which i measured with the cotton method and the bottle is circles of cake cut down in sizes.

the cotton method is measuring around the cake with a peice of cotton then measuring the fondant to the same size then you cut the fondant to the size of the cotton so the fondant fits to the right size without having alot of excess to cut away. i hope that explains it ok
