This was for a 76th birthday for a gentleman. He is diabetic and his daughter wanted a sugar free cake with sugar free frosting for him. She requested Japanese cherry blossoms also. We created a 3 tier square cake with fondant on bottom 2 tiers and top tier being completely sugar free for him. White and Tiffany Blue in color with a blue gumpaste bow on top with hand made gumpaste cherry blossoms going up the cake. Then pearl airbrush all over for shimmer.
