A small pre-party cake for my friend, who is getting a large two tiered cake with colorful fish for the party which due to some conflicts was two weeks after her daughters actual birthday so she wanted a cake to celebrate the actual day. My 5 year old niece who likes to critque my cakes told me she did not like it that it "needs to be more designey" (however - she did like my spiderman and venom cake - so I guess you can she is a tomboy!) Fondant butterflies and lady bugs, the rest is buttercream.
