Sugared Fruit Cake

This is a smaller version of a cake I uploaded earlier today. It is for DH birthday today. The larger one was for him to take to work and this is one for us! Iced in SMBC, topped with chocolate ganache and sugared fresh fruit. I added some edible glitter to it so it, but you can't see it well in the photo. I am please with the way the cake looks, and it was easy! Thanks for looking!

looks beautiful and delicious! i like the contrast in colors and the green grapes add a punch of color.

I just painted on a little piping gel. You could also use meringue powder mixed with water I think!

Beautiful! The sugared fruit is a lovely touch--I've GOT to try that myself
