Butterfly Birthday Cake
This is not one of my favorite cakes it is a chocolate cake with buttercream icing and fondant accents. For some reason I could not get the icing smooth GRRRRR! First time making a bow and letters out of fondant. My daughter wanted butterflies and Electric green and pink this is what she got I would love to redo it but there is no time oh well I guess we all learn from our mistakes. Any comments would be appreciated. TFL
Your concept is fantastic. I think the only issues with this really is the icing, which you already know about, and the design size. Your design would look better at this size on a bigger cake. Otherwise I think this is just adorable! Definitely cannot tell your first time for fondant decs! Colors are super cute too.
