Thank you for your comments. The rose is done with royal icing. I belive that chocolate would work also. This was my second attempt . . .the first time, I did not wait for the black outline to dry and it bled into the other colors. The second one turned out much better!

I love the Luther rose. I looks great. Is it a buttercream transfer or chocolate or how did you do it?
