Chocolate Fudge Truffle
Saw these on Martha Stuart and wanted to make them. They were so yummy and turned out really cute. They are chocolate cake with hot fudge, then the bottom is dipped in milk chocolate (then put the stick in)and the top is dipped in white chocolate (tinted different colors)....sprinkles on top and their done!!

they look great and like a lot of work. i saw the video and may want try them one day!
I thought they were easier then cake balls. I always have a hard time getting the nice smooth chocolate finish that others do. The stick made it easier.
