My first attempt at a Coach cake. I know every flaw in this one, and there are hundreds! Hope you can't see them all ;o) I'd been dying to try a Coach cake and finally convinced one of the guys at the bakery where I work to get one for his fiance's birthday. Practice makes perfect. Maybe next time I'll do better! Marble cake with fondant, gumpaste handles, dragees for chains, C's painted on with dust and vodka. Key and keychain are fondant, wallet is cake and fondant.
