This is one of two cakes I made for a cake tasting for a friend from work. They want the cakes very similar to the ones shown in "Martha Stewart Weddings Take The Cake - Winter 2008". This is a 3" Vanilla Cake with Chocolate BC and Vanilla BC filling, Vanilla frosting, chocolate ganache and crushed chocolate cookies on the sides. Thanks for looking!!
