Made this one for my niece who wanted a fairy cake. My sister did an "extreme makeover" on her room for her birthday and I thought this would be a perfect cake. I am VERY PROUD of this one. Strawberry cake with rose flavour buttercream and Watermellon Jello fondant (first for me) to cover the cake. All the decorations are made from mexican paste (with exception of the odd wire) and are all edible. Painted with pearl and gold petal dust.
