Coast Guard Graduation
This young lady just graduated from Coast Guard bootcamp. Butter cake with bc icing. I made a template of the CG logo. Center is 10" round and anchor parts were carved from an 11x15". The banner is fondant with cut out letters. The cake board was 18" square so it would fit in a cake box.

What did you use for the letter molds? I couldn't find anything that would work. Also how did you make your template? I'm trying to figure out how big to make the anchor pieces and that is a struggle.
Hi cmm! So sorry for the delayed response.
I have the Wilton letter cutouts I used in fondant. The basic design I just freehanded on practice paper until I got the correct proportion.
