Ice cream cake I made for mums birthday. She had the cake at yum cha and for my family who couldn't make it there I made an ice cream cake at home on her actual birthday. First time making an ice cream cake so it melted a little while I was making it. I crushed chocolate biscuits on the bottom added fluff and chocolate caramel easter eggs crushed into the biscuit. Then white ice cream then chocolate and then strawberry. Then I coloured some ice cream a bit more pinker to write with But melted anyway.
