Taco Cake
I did this one for my daughter's 9th birthday. She didn't want a 'cake' so we went with this one. The shells are white chocolate (dyed) with graham crackers for texture. The 'meat' is dyed WASC, the 'lettuce' and ;cheese' are coconut. The 'sour cream' is frosting and the 'tomatoes' are chopped up gummy life savers. She loved it!
Very unique! :P

These are really, really cool! - Theresa :)
What a fun idea. Did you serve mock margaritas? LOL Everything looks so great. I would love to know more about how you made the shells. Did you let the white chocolate harden a bit and then somehow fold it over?
Brilliant and so creative. You did a great job!
Could someone please tell me what WASC is?? I'm clue less my e-mail is [email protected] Thank you! I would love to make these. My kids would love them.
First I melted white chocolate and a tad of dark chocolate and then added a few drops of yellow food coloring. After that I added a few graham craker crumbs to the chocolate. Then I put some of the melted mixture onto a circle of wax paper. Then I folded that over a real taco shell (to get the shape). It only took about 3-5 minutes to harden.
I love it!!!! Very creative and unique! I've gotta try it. ;-D
