What a very beautiful and stunning cake, you did a wonderful job on the flowers. The covering on the cake base and the ladybug are perfect for such a eye catching cake. God Bless, Sharon
I love everything about this cake! My co-worker is turning a young 63 and I would love to attempt this for her. Could you tell me what size pan you used and how many layers you have? Also the checkerboard presentation is perfect, is it one of those disposable vinyl tablecloths? Thanks for any help you can give.

Itock - This is three 10" layers on a 14" board. I made the board covering in excel and printed out 4 to cover the board and covered with clear contact paper. Could use the tablecloth though!

Thanks everyone! I bought the PME Medium size Sunflower/Gerbera Daisy cutter from globalsugarart cut out two and shaped with the ball tool and cut a circle of yellow fondant and texturized with styrofoam and glued in the center.. Ta Da! Pretty easy to do!
