I had so much fun doing this cake. It was a pineapple cake with buttercream icing. We learned the basketweave tonight at class and finished the cake up with our royal icing flowers we have been making the past few weeks. Monday starts our third class and then I can start teaching...YAY!!! i didnt like the birds so I took them off on some of the photos... :0)
