My son had a b-day party where all his friends came as "squires" and after the "trials" my husband "King Jon" knighted all of them. Of course we needed a castle cake. He loved it but there was much I could have done better. When you're pressing jelly bellies into frosting at 1 am though you just tend not to care anymore! lol White cake, cookies & cream filling, choc. buttercream. Party was today, I need a nap! :D Oh yeah, it also had red flags on each turret. I just snapped the pic before I had them on.
