Gumpaste Topper
I really didn't know where to put this b/c it wasn't for anyone/anything. First time using a dummy & MMF. Topper is made out of my 1st tries at gumpaste roses & carnations (hate those frills). Hope you can't see the toothpicks & wires too much. Just used what was on hand & cut everything freehand. Think I'll get cutters before attempting againg. Of course I shattered some of the flowers as well. TFL (Sorry for the shadows--flash didn't go off)
wow I think your flowers are beautiful can't believe it is your first attempt! Can't see any toothpicks or any flaws at all and the colours are great. Your fondant is so smooth, great cake!

thanks. It's easy to think they look good, but then you look at others here & realize you have a long way to go. I did get quicker w/ each one though :)
