This was made before I took my Wilton decorating classes. It was for my god-son's 1st birthday. I used regular whip cream for the frosting. The clowns are also made out of the whip cream. I use lollipops and dipped with colored frosting for the balloons. It was very simple but fun to make. Only thing is that as I tried to put in the car it split as you can tell. =o(
