This cake was for my sister-in-law it is all buttercream with real roses, and ribbon accents. I chose to do the real roses, since I also made the flowers for the wedding. Chocolate chip cake with chocolate mousse, and cannoli filling! It was a big hit at the resturant....

Hi thanks for all the great comments, yes the cake was AWESOME, as for the ivory color, you can buy ivory paste from Wilton, and just add a few drops at a time....doesn't take much. These were her wedding colors so that is where the color theme came in...thanks to all again!
