2 tiers fondant covered, bottom brownie cake & choc ganache, top white choc mud & white choc ganache. Client was specific about colours, moth orchids don't come in green, but as they were hand made they could be coloured to request. I'm not big on green, but originally the client wanted white ribbon, on the finished cake due to it's simplicity I think the green pops nicely, white might have been too bland. Lesson learned put ribbon on AFTER cake is stacked not before!
