Ok, so, this was my first actual baby shower cake for my sister & her boyfriend. I was SOOO nervous! But everything came out ok (thank God!) and everyone loved it! I definately know what I can improve and work on. The sheet cake is chocolate w/ raspberry mousse filling, the stork is just plain yellow cake and the frosting is stabilized whipped cream. A big mistake that I later noticed, was that I should have thawed out the cake a little bit before serving it (the cake & frosting were a little stiff). oops!
