This was my first shot at using candy clay. My friend wanted a strawberry birthday cake that looked like a basket full of strawberries. I was going to just do the basket weave & put fresh strawberries on the top, however, since it's January, I couldn't find any pretty ones. I just molded the strawberries and rolled in red sugar. I was pleased with the result!
