This cake was designed for a 50th birthday. The roses are painted with gold luster dust. The top tier is red velvet with cream cheese icing. The middle tier is chocolate cake/caramel filling with buttercream icing and the bottom tier is white cake with 1/2 lemon & 1/2 strawberry filling with buttercream icing.
