I made this cake to celebrate Australia Day this year (26 January). My son suggested that when we cut the cake we should cut it into the states and territories (Hubby is willing to wrestle my son for WA and they both reckon that since my daughter is on a diet she has to have the ACT...she is complaining big time, because that leaves her with only a few crumbs...I guess I could always share Tasmania with her [giggle])

That has got to be the world's cutest Koala & Roo!!! It's absolutely beautiful, makes me want to move south even more!!! :D
