this is a single layer cake that i threw together in a couple of hours for my grandmother who is in the hospital. the cake is french vanilla with a homemade icing crumb layer, MMF fondant overlay and accents. The borders and writing are done in the homemade icing. Not the prettiest cake, but it should taste good.
