Royal Icing Church

Royal Icing Church on Cake Central

Okay, I'm going through my very old photos (way before the digital days). This is a royal icing church that I piped flat over a pattern. I used fruit roll-ups that I cut into patterns to make stained glass windows. I also created a royal icing altar and rows of pews for the inside. Unfortunately it's the only photo I have of it but since I've decided to get back into decorating I'll be making more for Christmas '08. If you'd like a PDF of the pattern you can PM me.

Does this light up too? It should, it's like nothing I've seen before. Well, welcome back to decorating! This is a great piece of work.

No I didn't but I will when I make it again. I'd fogotten I'd also made a small altar and rows of pews inside. Thanks for the compliment!

Yes, I do still have this pattern. I can scan it and send it to you if you send me a PM. ahh, thanks for the hero thing...
