Thanks all! The tiers were 6", 3" and about 1-1/2". The top one was very difficult to ice because it was so tiny and wouldn't sit still for me. The fondant was not too hard to get on it though. I am doing a lrgr version of this for a wedding so this was a trial run. The bride loved it. Yeah!
