Laptop Computer Grooms Cake

Laptop Computer Grooms Cake on Cake Central

fondant cover with fondant accents. Made for my family who met on the internet. It was a surprise for the bride and groom and they were thrilled because there was so much meaning behind it. I wish you could see more detail. Photos are always so hard to capture. I wonder if there is a trick to it?

I love this cake! My husband and I met online and I would have loved for someone to make this for us back when we got married. :D Great Job!!

Thanks for the wonderful complements. It was a fun cake to make and a great new experience. Eneq helped me out with the keyboard. The screen is attached with pieces of chain link fencing wire. It is very heavy gauge , I needed to use a grinder to cut it. I also used royal icing . THe wire was really all I needed. Thanks again.

Well as another person who met their spouse online nearly 8 years ago I love this. I am going to add to my favorites and maybe use this for an "anniversary cake" of the day I sent the email responding to his profile.
